David Gabbott has been a member of the Executive Committee of the RC (UK) for 16 years. He was Chair of the Advanced Life Support (ALS) Subcommittee and Chair of the Research and Development Subcommittee. David has been a member of numerous Working Parties including the Quality standards for CPR training and practice for which he was the Lead for the earlier edition of Dental Practice Standards. David is a consultant anaesthetist with a special interest in obstetric anaesthesia.
